Fees and payment arrangements
Current platform fees are 7–10%, with an escrow-only tier from 5%. Confirm eligibility, the fee basis, inclusions and provider terms in your project quote.
Can I use RemitBuild with an existing contractor?+
Tell us about the team and the work you have planned. We will review whether the project fits the pilot and explain any onboarding requirements.
What if construction has already started?+
An ongoing or takeover project may need an opening assessment before monitoring and payment workflows can begin. Discuss the current stage with our team.
Who reviews the construction work?+
Assigned project professionals review the relevant submissions. Their responsibilities, required records and the review process should be agreed during project setup.
Does RemitBuild hold my money?+
RemitBuild coordinates the project and payment workflow. Where escrow is part of the agreed service, funds are handled through the third-party provider. Provider availability, terms and payment arrangements must be confirmed for your project.
